OUTDOOR MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

  • Weekday members cannot play Monday of Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day Weekends (or any holidays)

  • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all lessons & clinics or members will be charged full price.

  • Court sign-ups must be done in person with at least 2 partners on site.  Courts are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Senior members have priority over Junior members at all times.

  • We reserve the right to cancel/refund memberships.

  • The same person may not be a guest of the club more than 3 (three) times.

  • Guest fee: $50.00 per diem

  • There is a 2% per month charge on all accounts more than 30 days past due.

  • Outdoor members will pay indoor member open time rate when playing indoors.

  • All refunds are at the discretion of management.
